On March 24, 2024, in Long Tien Commune (Cai Lay District), the Standing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Youth Union organized "Union Day" in 2024 with the theme "Proud to be a member of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union". Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Thanh Luan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Youth Union of Tien Giang Province, representatives of the local government and more than 50 union members and youth of Cai Lay District.

At the "Reunion Day" in 2024, the Standing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Youth Union organized the admission of new members and awarded membership cards to 20 outstanding members of Phan Van Cam Secondary School (Long Tien Commune). This is a meaningful activity to educate the tradition of patriotism and revolutionary ideals for members and students, contributing to building an increasingly strong Youth Union organization. The newly admitted members will continue to study hard, strive to practice, and actively participate in local volunteer activities.

At the program, Cai Lay District Youth Union presented the Decision to establish a temporary Youth Union Branch of Eagle System Office - Huong Thao Group Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Corporation (Binh Thanh Hamlet, Tam Binh Commune, Cai Lay District); gave gifts to disadvantaged youth and promoted the Law on Social Insurance, policies for union members and youth. At the same time, participated in beautifying the landscape and environment of the Memorial Monument of My Tho Provincial Party Committee Base (My Loi A Hamlet, Long Tien Commune).

"Union Day" in 2024 is one of the meaningful activities of Tien Giang province's youth to promote the role of union members and young people in creative volunteer activities for community life, diversifying forms of attracting and gathering young people to the Union and Association.
