Within the framework of the festival, the District Women's Union and the communes mobilized benefactors to present 20 gifts to 20 women in difficult circumstances; presented 3 bicycles to 3 disadvantaged students, and presented the "Godmother" symbol to 1 orphaned and disadvantaged student of Dai Lanh commune.
