Nghe An organizes workshop 'Improving productivity and security in the AI era'

This is one of the key events within the framework of the Nghe An Open Innovation Startup Festival - Techfest Nghe An 2025. The workshop was attended by representatives of the Department of Science and Technology of Nghe An, along with experts and senior leaders from global technology corporations such as Lenovo, Intel and Microsoft. Also attending the program were representatives of departments, branches, universities, businesses and organizations operating in the fields of science, technology and digital transformation in the province.

In his opening speech, the representative of the Department of Science and Technology of Nghe An emphasized: In the context of the Politburo issuing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, the organization of a seminar on artificial intelligence has practical significance, contributing to concretizing the policy of making AI a key driving force for increasing labor productivity, innovating growth models and ensuring information security in the digital transformation process.

The workshop includes four in-depth topics, focusing on improving productivity, data security and effectively exploiting artificial intelligence in management, production, education and business.

Lenovo Vietnam representative shared the strategy of “AI for everyone”, introducing an ecosystem of more than 165 AI solutions ready for businesses and public agencies, from edge computing to cloud computing, towards a smart, safe and sustainable transformation model. Intel Vietnam representative presented outstanding improvements of Intel Xeon 6 processor and Intel vPro platform, providing outstanding performance, chip-level security and centralized management, towards the AI PC model - personal computer integrated with intelligent NPU processor, helping to increase work efficiency and save energy.

Next, Microsoft Vietnam experts introduced the topic “Leading the era with Artificial Intelligence – Microsoft Copilot”, analyzing how Copilot supports users in creating content, automating processes and improving work performance in the digital environment. Along with that, InterEdu Education Organization presented the topic “Enhancing AI skills on the Microsoft application platform”, focusing on exploiting the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem in education and training, helping to personalize learning, optimize management, and at the same time ensure the standard of “Responsible AI” with the principles of fairness, inclusiveness, safety, transparency and responsibility.

In addition to in-depth sharing content, the workshop is also a connecting forum, helping businesses, schools and management agencies in Nghe An access practical AI applications, build a suitable digital transformation roadmap, ensure data security and improve labor productivity, contributing to promoting innovation and developing the province's digital economy.
