Suspicions arise that the head of a vehicle inspection company in Quang Ninh committed suicide.

On July 2nd, the Ha Long City Police announced that they are investigating the cause of death of a man at the inter-agency complex No. 3 (in Hong Ha ward).

The victim has been identified as Mr. HAD, the leader of a vehicle inspection company in Quang Ninh province.

According to initial information, on July 1st, Mr. D. drove away from home. After a day without seeing her husband return, his wife went searching for him and asked the Management Board of Inter-Agency Headquarters No. 3 for assistance in the search.

At approximately 8:50 this morning, Mr. D.'s body was discovered by relatives and the management of the inter-agency headquarters No. 3 within the building's grounds, suspected of having jumped from the 7th floor. Mr. D. left a suicide note.
