Suspected suicide of vehicle inspection company leader in Quang Ninh

On July 2, Ha Long City Police said they were investigating the cause of death of a man at Inter-Agency Area No. 3 (in Hong Ha Ward).

The victim was identified as Mr. HAD, leader of a motor vehicle inspection company in Quang Ninh province.

According to initial information, on July 1, Mr. D. drove out of the house. After a day of not seeing her husband return, Mr. D.'s wife went looking for him and asked the Management Board of the Inter-Agency Headquarters No. 3 for assistance in the search.

At around 8:50 this morning, Mr. D's body was discovered by relatives and the Management Board of Inter-Agency Headquarters No. 3 in the building's premises, suspected of jumping from the 7th floor. Mr. D. left a suicide note.
