According to representatives from the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, this is a provincial-level scientific research project to be carried out over two years, from now until early 2028. Upon completion, the Management Board will receive the project's deliverables, including: an industrial symbiosis model; a digital platform connecting and exchanging information and waste between businesses in industrial parks and clusters; and recommendations on mechanisms, policies, and management and technological solutions. The research results will be applied to practical management, supporting businesses and promoting sustainable industrial development in Bac Ninh.
Currently, the province has 23 industrial parks and nearly 70 industrial clusters in operation. In the coming time, Bac Ninh will continue to orient its industrial development and the formation of industrial symbiosis models to help reduce production costs by utilizing raw materials and renewable energy from partners, enhance competitiveness, and create a sustainable circular value chain; ensuring harmonious development, health safety for surrounding communities, and creating a green, clean, and modern working environment.
