Situated on a small green sloping plot next to an oak forest, the 200 m² house has a white interior and exterior. It has a basement and a first floor, with the living area arranged to look out over the lake valley.
The rounded pentagonal structure and three square panels give the house a pinwheel shape.
The spaces of the house are arranged around the center corresponding to the circular skylight and the stairs leading down to the basement, so there is no need for a hallway and space is saved.
The office, living area and kitchen share the same open space. Physical partitions are used only to separate the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cinema room, storage and technical rooms are arranged around the central staircase in the basement.
Except for the bedroom and bathroom, the other areas of the house are open space.
The ground floor was built in just one week using prefabricated lightweight timber structures that were brought in and assembled over a cast-in-place concrete floor. The facade is a combination of white concrete panels and aluminum composite shutters of varying sizes. The living areas have larger windows than the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The living room, located in the southwest corner of the building, has a square sliding window overlooking the lake valley. The study has a larger door that opens to a white gravel outdoor seating area to the west. The house also has a smaller white gravel courtyard that serves as a parking space to the east.
