This is the 5th Digital Citizen Station deployed in the first quarter of this year, aiming to bring digital utilities, public and private services, and smart healthcare solutions closer to the people.

Built on the foundation of a national electronic identification and authentication system, the model allows citizens to access essential services conveniently, safely, and easily without having to travel far, while ensuring complete security and privacy, gradually forming a habit of using digital services in daily life.
In response to the emulation movement of the Ministry of Public Security.
The event was organized in response to the "Three Best: Most Disciplined - Most Loyal - Closest to the People" emulation movement of the Ministry of Public Security, aiming to celebrate the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026).
The launch of the Digital Citizen Station is also a concrete step in implementing the Prime Minister 's directive on developing VNeID, linked with electronic identification and authentication, into a national digital platform, creating a safe and reliable connection channel between the State and citizens and businesses. This contributes to improving service efficiency and promoting comprehensive digital transformation in society.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Colonel Tran Hong Phu, Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Ministry of Public Security), said that the model aims to effectively apply the national database on population, electronic identification and authentication, bringing practical benefits to the people.

Through this, we are gradually transforming the service delivery method from decentralized to data-driven, from individual to integrated, and from manual to interconnected digital experiences. This contributes to concretizing Project 06 and forming a smart public service ecosystem in urban governance… Colonel Tran Hong Phu added.
Acknowledging and appreciating the proactive and innovative approach of the Ho Chi Minh City Police and related units in organizing the pilot project of digital citizen stations, Colonel Tran Hong Phu requested that the units focus on synchronously deploying multi-utility models, typically digital citizen stations linked to electronic identification and authentication; ensuring the system operates smoothly, securely, safely, and in compliance with regulations on personal data protection.
At the same time, strengthen system security, monitoring, and information safety; proactively prevent cyberattacks and promptly stop unusual transactions and illegal activities.
Colonel Tran Hong Phu emphasized the need to continue researching, developing, and integrating new services and utilities of the Digital Citizen Station, linked to the application of population data, identity cards, identification, and electronic authentication, along with the effective collection, standardization, and exploitation of data to serve management, operation, and policy planning.
Colonel Ngo Xuan Tho, Head of the Administrative Police Department for Social Order - Ho Chi Minh City Police, affirmed that the launch and expansion of the Digital Citizen Station model with many convenient features is an initiative in administrative reform, application of science and technology, and digital transformation in the City Police, aiming to shift from administrative management to administrative service.

Currently, the Digital Citizen Station has been deployed in several major urban areas in Ho Chi Minh City, such as Celadon City, Vinhomes Ba Son, Diamond Island, and Cityland Park Hills.
Based on the initial effectiveness of the model, the units have developed a roadmap to expand to 100 stations this year; at the same time, they will continue to update and upgrade the useful features of this model to contribute to improving service quality and building digital government at the grassroots level, said Colonel Ngo Xuan Tho.
A multi-utility integrated model, centered around the people.
The Digital Citizen Service Center model is set up in residential areas to support people in easily carrying out administrative procedures on the Public Service Portal, such as submitting applications online, making online payments, looking up information, checking the progress of administrative procedures, reporting information on security and order, and other issues…

With the application of modern technology, these services can be processed quickly, safely, and securely at the station with just a few taps, making it more convenient for people and eliminating the need to spend time going to administrative offices or individual locations as before.
This model represents a breakthrough in the application of digital technology and artificial intelligence to serve the people, contributing to the development of a modern, transparent, and people-friendly e-government. Any incidents at the station are immediately reported via the SOS button, directly connecting to local security forces and ensuring the safety of citizens.
Within the overall framework of the Digital Citizen Center, digital healthcare is a crucial component aimed at bringing healthcare services closer to the people, in a practical and accessible way.

Accordingly, people can check basic health indicators using smart devices, and access consultation services, purchase medicine, and other necessary medical facilities right where they live.
The process is designed to be simple and convenient, helping to shorten travel time, reduce movement, and improve access to healthcare services, contributing to bringing healthcare and welfare services closer to people. FPT Long Chau Pharmacy and Vaccination System has been selected as the operator of healthcare facilities at the Digital Citizen Station.

According to experts, the core value of the Digital Citizen Station lies not only in its immediate convenience but also in its ability to connect and integrate data with the national system, such as population data, health data, and related information, which are integrated, verified, and managed on a digital platform.
Contributing to the development of an "accurate, complete, clean, and active" data system, effectively serving the long-term management and care of citizens. Realizing the major policies of the Party and State on digital transformation, especially Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo and national data infrastructure development programs.

In the coming period, the units are expected to continue expanding their scale, deploying more stations in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces and cities to bring advanced technological solutions to serve the people effectively and sustainably, increasing access to digital services for a wider range of people.
