QTO - Approachable, dedicated, and responsible are the qualities that residents of Tay Tri neighborhood, Dong Ha ward, often mention when talking about neighborhood leader Nguyen Duc Sanh, 47 years old. Despite his busy schedule, Mr. Sanh is always enthusiastic and wholeheartedly committed to the community, earning the love and respect of the residents.

In 2013, Mr. Nguyen Duc Sanh was elected as the Head of Tay Tri neighborhood. Since then, he has dedicated his time to the work entrusted to him by the people. Over the years, he has always strived to cultivate revolutionary ethics as the foundation for all his activities, especially in carrying out his duties at the grassroots level.

Mr. Sanh stated that, stemming from a sense of responsibility in building and protecting his homeland, and applying the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh – "be close to the people, understand the people, listen to the people" – he has always been dedicated, committed, and maintained close relationships with the people.

Sharing about his work, Mr. Sanh confided: “Most of the residents in Tay Tri neighborhood are from the same village or are related to me, so I have to be even more dedicated and responsible in serving the people. I always see myself as an extension of the community in disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and the directives of all levels of government to the people. On the other hand, I always listen to and convey the legitimate concerns and aspirations of the people to higher authorities. Besides that, I have tried to connect and promote the spirit of solidarity within the community, among clans and the people, to build a neighborhood that is increasingly developing.”

The Tay Tri neighborhood in Dong Ha ward has 650 households with over 2,700 residents. As the neighborhood leader, Mr. Sanh always cares about each family; regularly visiting and encouraging those in difficult circumstances or living alone, helping them both materially and spiritually. With his enthusiasm, he has fostered connections, listened, understood, and promptly resolved issues of concern to the residents, from small daily matters to those requiring coordination and intervention from the local government.

Notably, Mr. Sanh has always been a pioneer in activities related to security and order; digital transformation; actively guiding people in carrying out online administrative procedures; and participating in online communication groups (Zalo, Facebook) of the neighborhood to transmit information quickly and accurately.

Mr. Sanh said that Tay Tri neighborhood recently launched the "Digital Transformation Neighborhood" initiative with the goal of bringing technology to every alley and every house. To concretize this activity, the neighborhood will build a core force to guide residents in mastering the use of the VNeID application, searching for administrative information, and making cashless payments...

Mr. Nguyen Huu Vinh, a resident of Tay Tri neighborhood, happily shared: “Mr. Sanh is always dedicated and wholeheartedly serves the people. He doesn't shy away from difficulties or hardships; he helps with any task, big or small, if the people need him. Especially during storms, floods, and natural disasters, he is always present early at critical areas in the neighborhood to help people and ensure their safety. Furthermore, he acts as a 'bridge' between the people and the government and higher-level organizations.”

Not only is Mr. Sanh exemplary in his work, but he is also a friendly, cheerful, and approachable person, always ready to help others. He has become a source of moral support, creating a sense of security and unity among the residents in the neighborhood, earning their trust and support for community initiatives. Thanks to his contributions and the consensus of the people, Tay Tri neighborhood has received recognition and awards from various levels of government for many consecutive years.

Mr. Nguyen Van Kiet, Vice Chairman of the Dong Ha Ward People's Committee, said that Mr. Nguyen Duc Sanh is a dedicated and enthusiastic official, both dynamic and approachable, and deeply connected to the people.

“Mr. Sanh has a particularly quick grasp of information technology, always promptly guiding and assisting the people. Thanks to him, the residents in the neighborhood have gradually become familiar with and learned to use digital platforms to carry out administrative procedures, make electronic payments, search for necessary information, and are warned about unsafe risks in cyberspace. Among the 30 neighborhoods in the ward, Tay Tri is among the top in terms of activities and movements, especially in the field of digital transformation. We hope that Mr. Nguyen Duc Sanh will continue to develop his abilities and enthusiasm to provide useful assistance to the people and contribute to making the neighborhood increasingly developed, civilized, and close-knit,” Mr. Kiet expressed.

In today's fast-paced world, while many people his age focus on building a peaceful life with family and loved ones, Mr. Sanh continues to choose to contribute and dedicate himself to the community. This is what is truly admirable about this exemplary and dedicated neighborhood leader.
