Despite his relatively modest height compared to the standard for male models, he is still sought after thanks to his handsome looks and hot physique. Recently, the Vietnamese-born young man attracted attention at the Cannes Film Festival 2026.

In mid-May, Bach Buquen made an impression on the red carpet of the 79th Cannes Film Festival wearing a black velvet suit with gold and red rose patterns. He attended as a guest of L'Oréal - the leading global cosmetics and personal care company from France.

Bach Buquen was born on March 2, 2006, in the 6th arrondissement of the French capital. He currently resides in New York (USA). He has a mixed heritage, with his mother being Vietnamese and his father of French and Italian descent. This combination seems to explain Bach's handsome and captivating appearance.

Bach first gained recognition as a content creator. According to Famous Birthdays, the Gen Z youth created his TikTok account @bachbuquen in October 2021. One of the videos that made him famous was a lip-syncing video in front of a refrigerator, which garnered over 10 million views.

According to V Magazine, Bach's mother is an actress. Thanks to her, he grew up in a fashion-related environment and was exposed to cosmetics from a young age, especially during his high school years. "I had acne, so every morning I would use my mother's concealer to quickly cover it up before going to school," he shared with V Magazine.

Currently, he is a highly influential figure on social media, with over 4.7 million followers on Instagram and over 10.1 million on TikTok. He is known by the nickname "Internet Boyfriend".

His fame from the virtual world brought Bach opportunities to collaborate with leading brands such as L'Oréal, MAC Cosmetics, Dsquared2, Hugo Boss, Charlotte Tilbury, Armani, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and Jacquemus. He was also invited to do photoshoots, becoming the cover face for many major magazines such as Harper's Bazaar Hong Kong, Dust, etc.

Recently, Bach was invited to be the cover model for Harper's Esquire Vietnam's May 2026 issue and created a photo series inspired by street-side pho restaurants. He shared: "I can't pretend that I understand Vietnamese culture deeply, but I'm always ready to learn and will always look towards Vietnam."

Bach is a familiar guest at major fashion shows. According to SCMP, in February 2025, he attended the Tod's and Gucci shows at Milan Fashion Week (Italy). Not only that, he has also walked the runway for many other fashion houses such as Dsquared2, Balenciaga, etc.

In November 2025, the male model will attend the 2025 CFDA Fashion Awards, alongside British stars such as Rihanna, A$AP Rocky, Naomi Campbell, Donatella Versace, Teyana Taylor, and others.

Compared to most male models, Bach doesn't have the ideal height, standing at only 1.73 m. However, he possesses a nearly perfect body proportion with well-defined muscles. In an interview with V Magazine, the 20-year-old revealed his love for many sports, including rugby, swimming, and wrestling.

Additionally, he has seven years of experience studying ballet. He also occasionally shares pictures of himself playing basketball.

Regarding his personal life, Bach publicly dated model and influencer Clarice Cazauran. They appeared together at Milan Fashion Week in early 2025. Buquen even proposed to Cazauran on April 1, 2025, but later stated it was just an April Fool's joke. A few days later, the couple announced they were temporarily separating.
