This spirit has been concretized through numerous high-intensity plans to attack and suppress crime, ensuring security and order, focusing on combating criminal offenses, drug trafficking, illegal lending, and high-tech crimes. In 2024, the Binh Thuan Provincial Police investigated and clarified 1,032 cases of social order crimes, achieving a success rate of 82.23%, arresting 1,735 suspects, and recovering assets worth over 17.11 billion VND; of which, the success rate for very serious and especially serious crimes reached 90.58%. They also detected, investigated, and dismantled 553 cases involving 1,010 drug-related crimes. The police apprehended, persuaded to surrender, and eliminated 84 wanted individuals... thereby curbing and reducing social order crimes by 6.48% compared to 2023 and exceeding the target set by the Ministry. Prominent cases were handled quickly and according to proper legal procedures, contributing to strengthening public trust in the police force.
Not only was Colonel Le Quang Nhan resolute in suppressing crime, but he also paid special attention to administrative reform, considering it the "face" of the police force in the eyes of the people. He requested that units "minimize intermediaries, increase individual responsibility, and serve the people regardless of whether it's during or outside of office hours." Following this directive, many effective projects and initiatives were implemented, such as: "Using people's satisfaction as a measure of the effectiveness of administrative reform"; "Community police officers going to each house to assist with each application"; "Mobile task forces issuing citizen identification cards in remote areas"... helping to shorten processing times and improve people's satisfaction. The rate of citizen identification card and electronic identification applications processed on time and the connection and exploitation of population data in handling administrative procedures have yielded clear results.

Many commune police stations have been repaired and upgraded; duty rosters, combat readiness, and logistical support have been given due attention. Officers suffering from serious illnesses or facing difficult circumstances are always monitored and promptly encouraged by the Board of Directors, both materially and spiritually. In Colonel Le Quang Nhan, the strength of leadership lies not in rigid orders, but in innovative thinking, the ability to inspire, and the creation of high consensus within the organization. He encourages independent thinking, daring to think and act, but always on the foundation of discipline and regulations.
