Major Nguyen Thanh Nga stated: "The work is always arduous, but for the movement to have depth, we must first be close to the people, understand them, and work for them. Therefore, in every plan and activity, I always place the human element at the center, considering the effectiveness of education , motivation, and creating spiritual inspiration, as well as the results of the work, as the measure of my performance."

Before each activity, she always takes the time to conduct on-site surveys, listen to the thoughts and aspirations of the union members and association members; from there, she advises and proposes practical content that is suitable for the learning and working conditions of the school. Therefore, the mass movements she directly advises and organizes always have a wide reach, avoiding formality and superficiality.

In her assigned role, Major Nguyen Thanh Nga, along with her team, effectively implemented numerous mass activities linked to the central political tasks. Seminars, forums, theatrical performances, and specialized political education sessions on traditional values ​​such as "Youth of the General Department of Logistics and Technology confidently march forward under the Party flag," "Youth Gala," "Continuing the Tradition," "Remembering Uncle Ho in May," and "Youth protecting the sea"... were organized enthusiastically, with a clear focus and emphasis, attracting large numbers of participants and creating a vibrant atmosphere of competition among union members, youth, and association members.

Not only focusing on the "visible" aspects of the movement, she also paid special attention to organizational work, directly guiding specific and practical actions for the masses through many exemplary models such as: "Youth study hours, youth classes," "Study buddy programs," "Skills competitions"; through which each member of the Youth Union, youth, and association was able to learn, train, improve their level of knowledge, skills, and maturity.

In organizing and managing activities, she always emphasizes teamwork, leveraging the intelligence of core staff, and encouraging the creativity of union members and association members. Each activity is not only an opportunity to hone skills and character but also an environment to discover and nurture positive individuals, creating a source for Party development within the school. From 2023 to the present, the school has had 105 exemplary young people and association members who followed Uncle Ho's teachings recognized, including 94 outstanding individuals who were admitted to the Party.

Major Nguyen Thanh Nga's dynamism and creativity are also demonstrated in her proactive approach to innovating the content and format of activities, harmoniously combining traditional education with modern methods, suitable to the psychology of the age group of trainees and members. Through this, many activities that seemed difficult to organize have become lively and engaging, attracting a large number of officers, trainees, and soldiers to participate voluntarily and responsibly, contributing to building strong mass organizations and improving the quality of education and training at the school.

Recognizing her sense of responsibility, creativity, and dedication in performing her duties and participating in movement activities, Major Nguyen Thanh Nga was awarded the title of "Outstanding Soldier at the Grassroots Level" for two consecutive years (2024, 2025); and received an encouragement award in the innovation project competition at the General Department of Engineering (now the General Department of Logistics-Engineering) in 2024.
