Young cadres and reporters also affirmed their enthusiasm, dedication, and initiative in carrying out difficult and arduous tasks, which were recognized and highly appreciated by leaders and commanders at all levels. Many young reporters are conscious of improving their professional skills, knowledge, and expertise to meet the requirements of multimedia journalism.
At the seminar, leaders and commanders of departments and offices spoke and shared with the young officers some contents about journalism work and the sense of responsibility towards the collective agency and unit.
Speaking at the seminar, Colonel Ngo Anh Thu - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the People's Army Newspaper emphasized that the results and achievements of young cadres and officers of the People's Army Newspaper in recent years are very encouraging, demonstrating professional capacity, sense of responsibility, and desire to contribute, not only in journalism but also in many other tasks. The Party Committee and Editorial Board of the People's Army Newspaper determined that young cadres and officers are the successor source and future owners of the editorial office.

The Deputy Editor-in-Chief pointed out that young cadres and officers need to pay special attention to self-study and self-training, resolutely fight against the idea of laziness and "mediocreity"; be modest, actively improve their qualifications, set an example in complying with the State's laws and military discipline, be creative in building a working style, regularly exchange and learn to improve themselves, worthy of being journalists - soldiers of the "twice Hero" newspaper, worthy of being cadres and officers of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.
