The information was shared by Dr. Ta Thanh Binh, Member of the Board of Members and General Director of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC), at the Conference "Legal framework and capital mobilization solutions for enterprises", organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) and the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) on the morning of August 14.
According to Ms. Binh, after the KRX system is put into operation, the center will introduce a number of new trading products to facilitate investors to participate, such as trading through noon or extending the morning and afternoon hours; selling securities on the way back - selling stocks right after matching the purchase order; intraday trading (T0)...
"The KRX system will provide all the world 's advanced methods, in accordance with the regulations of domestic management agencies. In fact, KRX can trade without a margin like other countries, but it will take more time. Currently, the VN-Index fluctuates with a margin of 6%-7% per day, which is enough to give investors a "heart attack" - Ms. Thanh Binh said.
Stocks continue to set new peaks, heading towards the 1,650 point mark
Returning to the stock market developments on August 14, as of 1:30 p.m., the VN-Index has not stopped its strong increase, reaching 1,637 points, up more than 26 points compared to the previous session; VN30 approached the 1,800-point mark when climbing to 1,788 points (+33 points) while HNX and Upcom both continued to rise.
Cash flow continues to pour strongly into the stock market, when the transaction value on the HoSE floor is approximately 40,000 billion VND.
Banking stocks attracted cash flow with a series of stocks hitting the ceiling such as HDB,ACB , VPB, MBB, VAB...
Many stocks in other sectors such as securities, real estate, and aviation also traded well. Foreign investors were net sellers for the 6th consecutive session, but the market still increased strongly.
Many investors sold their stocks at the end of the week and the beginning of the week, waiting for the market to correct, but the VN-Index continued its upward trend. Many investors said they had to buy back their stocks because they could not "stay out" when the market continued to rise.
