Accompanying the goal of double-digit GDP growth
Vietnam is aiming for double-digit GDP growth each year in the coming period, in which investment in infrastructure, industry and urban areas is one of the important contributing factors. Contributing to realizing that vision, AMACCAO Group has pioneered cooperation with Northeast Asia Industrial Joint Stock Company, investing 30 million USD to build the leading pile factory in Southeast Asia.
Currently, the entire construction site is urgently working in 3 shifts to complete the final stages of construction and installation of machinery and equipment. The factory is expected to be operational in August 2025 - on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
When put into operation, the factory will supply the market with high-quality prestressed centrifugal concrete piles, promptly meeting the needs of ongoing and upcoming projects during the peak construction season from now until the end of the year.

Ability to handle large projects at the same time
Northeast Asia Pile Factory - AMACCAO has a design capacity of up to 20,000 meters of pile products per day, about 5 to 10 times the capacity of conventional factories. This is the largest factory in Southeast Asia in the field of concrete pile production.

Along with the Northeast Asia pile factory, AMACCAO Group has also inaugurated and put into operation 2 new concrete component and culvert factories, bringing the total number to 10 concrete component factories nationwide. This system creates a synchronous production capacity of up to 40,000 components/day, ready to meet the peak demand of large-scale national projects or serve hundreds of projects at the same time.
The highlight of the Northeast Asia pile factory - AMACCAO is not only its scale but also its high level of automation in production. From the stages of steel cage manufacturing, material mixing, concrete pouring, centrifugation to steaming and drying, all are strictly controlled by the most modern equipment system today. This is also the factory that owns the leading number of automatic and semi-automatic machinery and equipment in the concrete pile manufacturing industry in Vietnam, helping to operate intelligently, optimize labor, increase efficiency and ensure uniformity and accuracy in product quality.

In addition, the factory is also capable of supplying a variety of concrete piles from diameter D300 to D1,000, length up to 30m per product, flexibly meeting the needs of many different types of projects, including projects with high technical requirements and the most stringent progress.
Pioneering the "greening" of the construction materials manufacturing industry
In compliance with Decree No. 09 of the Government on construction materials management and Decision No. 882 approving the National Action Plan on green growth for the period 2021-2030, which emphasizes the requirement to increase the use of recycled materials, especially construction waste to produce new materials, AMACCAO Group has pioneered in realizing this orientation with a green, circular, and environmentally friendly production model at the Northeast Asia pile factory - AMACCAO.
The factory will simultaneously use three modern models, including green economy - circular economy - digital economy . The production model here is built to be environmentally friendly, creating a distinct mark in the industry.
One of the special features is the technology of recovering and reusing concrete piles after centrifugation. This type of material, which was previously discarded, is now pumped back into circulation for continued use. This is a complex technical solution but brings high efficiency.
In addition, the factory makes maximum use of recycled materials such as fly ash, blast furnace slag, crushed sand and especially recycled concrete from demolition projects - to replace natural sand and stone which are increasingly scarce. This not only helps reduce pressure on raw material sources but also clearly demonstrates the environmental responsibility of the enterprise in the trend of sustainable development.

Not only pioneering in green production, AMACCAO centrifugal concrete piles are also highly appreciated by the market for their superior quality.
