Vietnam is aiming for double-digit GDP growth annually in the coming period, with investment in infrastructure, industry, and urban development being key contributing factors. To help realize this vision, AMACCAO Group has pioneered a partnership with Dong Bac Asia Industrial Joint Stock Company, investing $30 million to build a leading pile factory in Southeast Asia.
Currently, the entire construction site is working urgently in three shifts and four teams to complete the final stages of construction and equipment installation. The plant is expected to be operational in August 2025 - coinciding with the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.
Once operational, the factory will supply the market with high-quality prestressed centrifugal concrete piles, promptly meeting the needs of ongoing and upcoming projects during the peak construction season from now until the end of the year.

The AMACCAO Northeast Asia pile factory boasts a designed production capacity of up to 20,000 meters of piles per day, approximately 5 to 10 times the capacity of conventional factories. This is a leading factory in Southeast Asia in the field of concrete pile manufacturing.

Alongside the Northeast Asia pile factory, AMACCAO Group has also recently inaugurated and put into operation two new concrete component and pipe factories, bringing the total number of concrete component factories nationwide to 10. This system creates a synchronized production capacity of up to 40,000 components per day, ready to meet the peak demand of large-scale national projects or serve hundreds of construction projects simultaneously.

In addition, the factory is capable of supplying a wide variety of concrete piles ranging from D300 to D1,000 in diameter, with lengths up to 30m per product, flexibly meeting the needs of many different types of construction projects, including those with the most demanding technical requirements and tight deadlines.

In accordance with Government Decree No. 09 on the management of construction materials and Decision No. 882 approving the National Action Plan on Green Growth for the period 2021-2030, which emphasizes the need to increase the use of recycled materials, especially construction waste, to produce new materials, AMACCAO Group has pioneered the realization of this direction with a green, circular, and environmentally friendly production model at the Northeast Asia - AMACCAO pile factory.
The factory will simultaneously utilize three modern models: green economy , circular economy, and digital economy. The production model here is built to be environmentally friendly, creating a distinctive mark in the industry.
One of the unique features is the technology for recovering and reusing the concrete inside the piles after centrifugation. This material, which was previously discarded, is now recirculated and reused. This is a complex but highly effective technical solution.
Furthermore, the factory maximizes the use of recycled materials such as fly ash, blast furnace slag, crushed sand, and especially recycled concrete from demolition sites – to replace increasingly scarce natural sand and stone. This not only helps reduce pressure on raw material sources but also clearly demonstrates the company's environmental responsibility in the trend of sustainable development.
