Accordingly, the impressive melody of Night on Bald Mountain by Russian composer Modest Mussorgsky will open the first part of the concert night. Warm and powerful sound ranges resound, the variations constantly change, taking turns leading the audience through each emotional range.

The flow of emotions continues to be guided through the Piano Concerto in A minor by Edvard Grieg, a great composer of Norway.

Grieg always focused on exploiting traditional Norwegian musical materials and gradually made these melodies an important part of his compositions. This is the only piano concerto he wrote in 1868 when he was only 24 years old.

Taking up the entire second part will be the Violin Concerto in D major by the great composer Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, written in 1878 while he was on vacation among the majestic mountains of Clarens, Switzerland, on Lake Geneva.

The work was inspired by a visit from violinist Iosif Kotek, who had long asked Tchaikovsky to write a violin concerto.

After playing Lalo's Spanish Symphony together, Tchaikovsky's imagination was ablaze with ideas.

The special music night was conducted by Dr. Conductor Le Ha My. The program not only honored the values of academic art but also brought a new, liberal breath with the participation of two young talents: pianist Tran Dieu Linh and violinist Do Phuong Nhi.

Young artist Tran Dieu Linh started playing the piano at the age of 5. At the age of 7, she attended the first piano class of the Moscow Music and Pedagogical School (State Academy of Education in Moscow, Russia) majoring in piano under the guidance of teacher Isayeva Marina for 3 years.

Since 2010, Dieu Linh has been studying at the Gnessin Special Music School, majoring in piano. She has continuously won prestigious awards in the field of piano performance with performance experience spanning concerts in Russia, Hungary, Macedonia, Armenia, the United States, Germany, France, Poland and Vietnam.

Do Phuong Nhi has been an active soloist, since her debut performance of the Mendelssohn Concerto in E minor with the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra at the age of 11.

She has performed solo with major national and international orchestras with extensive experience. Since 2024, she has officially become a member of the Sun Symphony Orchestra.
