Photo: Nguyen Khanh Vu Khoa Sharing with Lao Dong , Mr. Vu Khoa said that the work was taken in the winter of 2023 at Tia stream - an upstream stream that is likened to a fairyland flowing into Tuyen Lam lake in Lam Dong. Appearing in the frame is a boatman who often takes passengers to visit the lake. The photo seems to "freeze" time in a peaceful moment. "That morning, I accidentally captured that moment. I named the photo 'Silent' because of the peaceful, beautiful view of the lake from above, with bare tree branches growing on the water surface," he said. The top 10 best photos of 2023 also include the photo “Hunting together” by photographer Pham Huy Trung, ranked 7th. “ A mother and baby Bryde’s whale are hunting in De Gi Bay, central Vietnam in the early morning.
