*At the Provincial Social Protection Center, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan shared: "Caring for children, especially children in special circumstances, is not only the responsibility of State agencies but also a common task of the whole society. The province will continue to care for and create conditions for children to study, develop comprehensively, and become useful citizens for society."
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Luan visited and presented gifts to children being cared for at the Provincial Social Protection Center.
The delegation gave gifts to 47 children being raised and cared for at the Center.
On the same day, the delegation visited, congratulated and presented gifts to the children at SOS Children's Village Ca Mau . Here, the delegation kindly asked about the health, living and studying life of the children in the village, and at the same time praised the efforts of the staff, mothers and aunts at SOS Children's Village who have always been dedicated, loving and caring for the children as their own children.
The delegation gave gifts to children at SOS Children's Village.
On this occasion, the delegation presented 68 gifts to encourage and motivate the students to overcome difficulties and excel in their studies.
*Also this afternoon (May 30), Mr. Le Thanh Trieu, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province visited and gave gifts to children at 2 locations in Tan Xuyen ward and Ly Van Lam commune.
The delegation presented gifts to 50 children at the Residential Area in Tan Xuyen Ward and 36 children at the Hung Phuoc Orphanage Center in Ly Van Lam Commune. Each gift was an envelope of cash worth 300,000 VND.
Mr. Le Thanh Trieu hopes that localities will pay more attention to summer activities for children where they live.
Mr. Le Thanh Trieu shared: “No matter where or what the location, every year, we still have to make efforts to take care of children. During the Month of Action for Children, implementing the Law on Child Care and Protection is an urgent issue. We always try to coordinate with schools, society and parents to take the best care of children.”

* Mr. Nguyen Phuong Dong, Standing Member of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Department of Culture and Society, together with representatives of departments, branches, sectors and organizations visited and presented gifts to pediatric patients being treated at the Ca Mau Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital.
Mr. Nguyen Phuong Dong visited sick children and their families.
Mr. Nguyen Phuong Dong kindly visited and listened to the families and relatives of the children, sending words of encouragement to the children and their families. Mr. Nguyen Phuong Dong also acknowledged and appreciated the dedication and sense of responsibility of the medical staff in caring for this special group of patients.
On this occasion, the delegation presented 255 gifts, each worth 300,000 VND in cash, to the sick children.

Doctor Truong Minh Kien, Deputy Director of Ca Mau Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital, gave gifts and encouraged the patient's family.
Mr. Tran Dang Khoa, Deputy Secretary of Ca Mau Provincial Youth Union, presented meaningful and warm gifts to children receiving inpatient treatment at the hospital.
In order to promptly encourage children during the Action Month for Children 2025, the Department of Health coordinated with departments, branches and sectors and organized 5 delegations to visit and present gifts at locations and schools that educate disadvantaged children and children with disabilities. The total number of gifts given was 1,425.
