Many activities are organized for children on the occasion of June 1st.

On the afternoon of May 31st, at the Ho Chi Minh City Book Street, the Ho Chi Minh City branch of the National Political Publishing House organized a painting competition titled "Colors of Vietnam" for children under 15 years old in celebration of International Children's Day on June 1st.

The competition is a platform for children to express their love for their homeland, country, family, school, living environment, and childhood dreams through painting. At the same time, it is an activity that contributes to stimulating creativity, fostering positive emotions, a spirit of sharing, and national pride and love for their homeland in children.

Results: The organizing committee awarded 1 Special Prize to Tran Nguyen An Nhien, 1 First Prize to Vo Hoang Anh Thu, 1 Second Prize to Nguyen Hoang Phuc An, and 1 Third Prize to Le Khanh Han.

* On this occasion, the National Political Publishing House also introduces to readers a series of children's books with many outstanding publications in the fields of history, culture, life skills education, general science, and personality development for children. Notably, President Ho Chi Minh 's work "History of Our Country " has been rewritten in the lục bát (six-eight) poetic form with vivid illustrations, allowing children to interact by coloring.

In addition, books like "The Growing Up Diary of a Good Child " or "Wise Parents " serve as connecting links within the family. Instead of dogmatic lessons, each book is like a gentle whisper about gratitude, independence, and survival skills – essential tools for children to confidently grow up in a rapidly changing world .
