By June 2024, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee signed a decision approving the starting price for the auction of property lease on land and annual land rent for Thuy Ta restaurant of more than 3,645 billion VND/year, of which: house rent is 378 million VND/year; land rent is more than 3,267 billion VND/year.
Currently, Thuy Ta restaurant and Golf 3 hotel in Lam Dong province have agreed to continue signing the contract appendix according to Decree No. 108/ND-CP. Regarding the Cable Car Tourist Area, the functional sector of Da Lat city is extending the lease with Lam Dong Tourism Joint Stock Company for a period of no more than 5 years.
For house number 15 Hung Vuong, there has been Decision 1456/QD-UBND approving the auction results for the 50-year lease, however, through contract negotiations to sign the contract, the auction winner has not agreed to the contract signing period. Da Lat City is requesting the Department of Finance to provide guidance on when to sign the contract with the auction winner, when the auction results are approved or when the villa is handed over.
