Today, September 27, the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa province sent a document to the Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes and wards in the province regarding response to storm Bualoi (storm No. 10).

Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training requested localities to develop plans to ensure safety for students, teachers and education administrators, in order to minimize damage caused by the storm. At the same time, all preschool and primary school students will be off school on September 29 (Monday) to ensure safety.

From September 30, educational institutions in the province will proactively monitor the storm's developments and post-storm circulation, report to the People's Committees of communes, wards and the Department of Education and Training to decide to let students stay home from school if deemed necessary.

On the same day, in Ha Tinh , before the rapid developments of storm No. 10, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed the Chairman of the Commune People's Committee to decide to let students stay home from school based on the storm and flood situation in the area to ensure safety.
