Attending and speaking at the program, Mr. Le Anh Quan, Vice Chairman of the Central Council of Young Pioneers, Director of the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children sent to the children of Thanh Son commune his best wishes for a warm and laughter-filled Mid-Autumn Festival.
Vice President of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers Le Anh Quan said: This year's Mid-Autumn Festival has the theme of sending love, the Mid-Autumn Festival for Children - Lanterns to Light Up Dreams program not only brings the light of the August moon to the children, but also sends special feelings for children in remote, isolated, and border areas of the country, where there are many difficulties and hardships. The Central Youth Union and the Central Council of the Young Pioneers hope that: Children across the country will have a warm Mid-Autumn Festival, full of love.

At the same time, the Central Youth Union and the Central Council of the Young Pioneers also hope that local Party committees, authorities, sectors, organizations, teachers, parents and Youth Union and Young Pioneers organizations at all levels continue to join hands to take care of children with the best things, create a safe and healthy living environment, favorable learning and playing conditions so that children can be loved and develop comprehensively in terms of intelligence, physical strength and spirit.
At the program, in order to encourage the spirit, add faith and determination to the children, the Central Council of Young Pioneers, Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union and sponsors presented many gifts to the children participating in the program and awarded scholarships to children in difficult circumstances with a total value of over 270 million VND.

In particular, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers awarded 50 scholarships to students in difficult circumstances; 500 cartons of milk, 50 backpacks, 50 cartons of sausages. The Standing Committee of the Dong Nai Provincial Youth Union presented 500 gifts and the Quy Nguyen Volunteer Group of Dong Nai province presented 300 gifts to children. These gifts not only have material meaning but also contain the affection and care of the Youth Union - Young Pioneers at all levels for children in Dong Nai province in general, and children in Thanh Son commune in particular.
