(QNgTV)- According to information from the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Ngai, up to now, the total number of administrative procedures published on the National Database of Provincial Administrative Procedures is 1,914 administrative procedures, and 395 administrative procedures at the commune level.

       

100% of administrative procedures have issued internal procedures and established electronic procedures.

Currently, 100% of administrative procedures have issued internal procedures and have established electronic procedures on the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System to serve the work of handling records. 100% of administrative procedure records are received and updated with record data on the Provincial Administrative Procedures Information System, all of which synchronize the status and results of processing records with the National Public Service Portal.

Administrative procedure records received on the administrative procedure settlement information systems of ministries and branches shall be integrated and synchronized with the provincial administrative procedure settlement information system according to the requirements and instructions of the Government Office and relevant ministries and branches.

To implement administrative procedures regardless of administrative boundaries within the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 964/2025 promulgating the List of administrative procedures to be received and returned regardless of administrative boundaries in Quang Ngai province with 1,659 administrative procedures, 1,474 administrative procedures at the provincial level, and 185 administrative procedures at the commune level.
