The Central Highlands is made up of five successive plateaus with an altitude of 500m in the north gradually rising to 1500m in the south. With a tropical climate and fertile basalt soil, this has become the coffee capital of Vietnam, with two largest production centers in the country. Coffee has become a strong industrial crop of the Central Highlands, bringing a prosperous life to the people in this land.
When the weather has just entered the dry season at the end of the year, farmers in the Central Highlands are excitedly entering the harvest season of ripe coffee. During the coffee harvest season in the Central Highlands, wherever we go, we see the bustling atmosphere in the coffee plantations. People are busy with their work in the joy of a good harvest. On the fields, farmers are busy picking coffee from early morning to late at night. When the afternoon light falls, on the roads, tractors or trucks loaded with coffee are running back home... That is why voices and laughter resound throughout the villages and fields...
