Implementing the 2025 work program and with the approval of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry, on July 19, the Association's working delegation organized a meeting, visited and presented gifts to seriously wounded and sick soldiers being treated at the Nursing Center for Meritorious People in Hung Yen province.
The delegation of the Veterans Association of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism presented gifts of gratitude to war invalids and sick soldiers at the Nursing Center for Meritorious People in Hung Yen province on the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025).
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Bui Van Dinh - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Ministry, Chairman of the Veterans Association of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism - expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions and sacrifices of war invalids and sick soldiers for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.

Veterans of the Nursing Center for Meritorious People of Hung Yen province participated in the exchange and sharing during the meeting with the delegation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
The meeting took place in a solemn, warm and affectionate atmosphere. Along with the practical gifts was an art exchange program performed by artists from the Vietnam Opera House and the Vietnam Cheo House, bringing touching songs and singing, contributing to spreading the message of love, adding spiritual motivation to the wounded soldiers being treated at the Center.
Built on the foundation of revolutionary tradition, Hung Yen Province Nursing Center for Meritorious People is a place to care for hundreds of wounded and sick soldiers each year - those who have left a part of their blood and bones for the cause of national liberation.
Here, the staff not only provide medical care but also become a spiritual support, a bridge between generations of meritorious people and today's youth.
The daily stories told by the doctors and comrades who are being treated at the Center have left many impressions in the hearts of each member of the Delegation.
Despite their disabilities, they still live optimistically and usefully, becoming living symbols of revolutionary heroism. These examples and people are the inspiration for today's generation to continue building the country.
