The Dak Lak Employment Service Center said that in the near future, the demand for jobs of workers will increase because this is the time when students from high schools, intermediate schools, colleges and universities graduate to join the labor market.
Meanwhile, the demand for unskilled labor is always maintained at a relatively high level; while the demand for recruitment at other levels will increase gradually but unevenly.
Specifically, the demand for recruiting workers with vocational/skill level, intermediate, and college degrees will increase faster than the demand for university graduates, most of them are related to textiles, sales, business, construction, mechanics, electronics, telecommunications, accounting, credit, valuation, housekeeping, domestic help, animal husbandry, industrial/manufacturing workers, etc.
Workers with university degrees will have more difficulty in finding a job because there is still a large gap between the quality of human resources and the requirements of enterprises.

It is known that in May 5, Dak Lak Employment Service Center introduced 2023 employees to interview at units and enterprises. In which, unskilled workers are introduced the most (501%); the lowest introduced intermediate level workers (40,3%); workers with university, college, vocational/skill level degrees were introduced at 7,6%, 27,1% and 13,4%, respectively.
According to Mr. Le Hai Ly, Director of Dak Employment Service Center, in May 5, the labor supply-demand gap narrowed to the average level, which helped reduce pressure on the job of matching labor supply and demand, but the unit still actively organized job sessions with diverse forms, content and subjects, closely following the grassroots government; at the same time, actively use online tools to provide information on employment, labor market and other necessary information; especially deploying QR code technology application in collecting job search needs of employees; promoting counseling and vocational training support for workers receiving unemployment benefits, etc.
