The success of the First Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Congress, for the 2025-2030 term, marks a significant turning point and breakthrough in development thinking: a long-term vision, strong determination, and a powerful aspiration for breakthroughs. The Congress set the overall goal: striving to become a moderately developed, comprehensive, and sustainable province with a high middle income by 2030; and a developed province with a high income in the Northern Midlands and Mountains region by 2045; self-reliant and confident in the new era, developing prosperously and happily.

In his closing remarks at the Congress, Provincial Party Secretary Hau A Leng affirmed: The Resolution not only embodies wisdom but also symbolizes the faith, will, and aspirations of all cadres, Party members, and people of all ethnic groups in the province. The Provincial Party Secretary requested that immediately after the Congress, all levels and sectors "must get to work and achieve victory from the very first days and months of the new term."

Entering the first year of the new term, the entire province will focus on implementing key breakthroughs in a coordinated manner: Strong breakthroughs in institutional building within its authority to promote socio -economic infrastructure development and enhance the governance capacity of local governments at both levels; and accelerating the development of science and technology and digital transformation. Continuing breakthroughs in socio-economic infrastructure development, with a focus on transportation infrastructure; technology infrastructure; urban infrastructure; and industrial park and cluster infrastructure. Developing human resources comprehensively, especially high-quality, highly skilled human resources; building a team of leaders and managers at all levels to meet development requirements; improving the quality of education and healthcare; and achieving sustainable poverty reduction. The target is for the gross provincial product to reach 170 trillion VND; with an average annual growth rate of 10.5% for the gross provincial product during the 2026-2030 period. By 2030, the average per capita gross domestic product will reach 95 million VND/person, the poverty rate according to the national poverty standard will decrease by an average of 3-4% per year, and the rate of trained labor will reach 72% or more, of which the rate of trained labor with degrees and certificates will reach 30% or more… These are not just numbers, but a commitment to comprehensive breakthroughs.

The spirit of "consensus for development" is clearly evident in every sector and locality. In the mountainous communes of Lung Cu, Na Hang, Hoang Su Phi, Hong Thai, etc., people are working together with the government to build new rural areas, open roads, plant forests, and develop ecotourism . Similarly, in Yen Son, Son Duong, and Vi Xuyen, industrial zones and clusters have been expanded, infrastructure has become more integrated, attracting many businesses to invest.
