According to the report, in the period of 2021-2023, Ninh Phuoc district disbursed 15.46 billion VND for the GNBV program, reaching 86.8% of the allocated budget. Ninh Phuoc District Social Policy Bank lent capital to 20,626 households, with an amount of more than 715 billion VND. The District People's Committee directed the effective implementation of policies to support tuition fees for poor students, support health insurance, and support electricity bills for poor households. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the district effectively mobilized contributions to the "For the Poor" Fund with an amount of more than 7.9 billion VND; implemented the construction and handover of 173 Great Solidarity houses and 10 houses to people in flood areas with an amount of 9.66 billion VND. Thanks to the effective implementation of the national target program on poverty reduction and the emulation movement "For the poor - leaving no one behind", Ninh Phuoc district reduced the poverty rate from 5.51% in 2021 to 1.84% by the end of 2023.
