The Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Committee presides over and coordinates with specialized agencies, Air Force Regiment 937 and ministries and branches to implement the project of socializing investment and exploitation of Thanh Son Airport and bidding to select investors to build Thanh Son Airport under the PPP method . The People's Committee of Ninh Thuan province assigned the Department of Transport to prepare a pre-feasibility study report, a feasibility study report for the Thanh Son Airport construction investment project and organize a bidding process to select an investor after the feasibility study report is approved.
