Nintendo is 'reviving' the traditional alarm clock with Alarmo, but it will have many attractive features for gamers.

According to GadgetMatch , in the age of smartphones, alarm clocks seem to have become an outdated item. However, Nintendo has just 'revived' this type of device with 'Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo', a unique interactive alarm clock that promises to bring a fun waking-up experience to users.

Alarmo doesn't just display the time; it also incorporates sounds and background music from popular Nintendo games like Super Mario Odyssey, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Splatoon 3 .

Users can also choose different alarm scenarios, each featuring unique melodies and sound effects specific to the game.

Alarmo is equipped with a motion sensor, allowing users to interact with the device intuitively. Specifically, the alarm or snooze feature can be turned off by getting out of bed. The clock will also respond to movement with fun game sounds, creating the feeling of stepping into the game world .

In addition to motion sensor mode, Alarmo also offers a traditional button mode and two alarm modes: 'Steady' (gradually increasing sound intensity) and 'Gentle' (maintaining a steady volume).

Alarmo is priced at $99.99 (approximately 2.5 million VND) and will be available in retail stores in early 2025. However, Nintendo Switch Online members in the US and Canada can purchase it now on the Nintendo website or at the Nintendo NY Store in New York.
