Nissan has officially introduced the new generation 7-seat SUV X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE at the GIIAS 2025 Exhibition, taking place in Indonesia. This is a version using e-POWER technology combined with e-4ORCE all-wheel drive, imported completely from Japan. In terms of appearance, the 2026 Nissan X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE SUV has overall dimensions of 4,660 mm long, 1,840 mm wide, 1,720 mm high and a wheelbase of 2,706 mm.
The Nissan X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE 2026 SUV appeared at the GIIAS 2025 Exhibition in Indonesia with a sturdy, modern look with the Japanese automaker's signature V-Motion design language. The front of the Nissan X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE 2026 stands out with multi-layer LED headlights, an extended grille and an embossed hood. Alloy wheels and a neat, modern rear design complete the look of an SUV that fits the city but is still capable of moving flexibly on many different terrains. The interior of the new generation X-Trail is arranged with 3 rows of seats, enough room for 7 passengers. Nissan said the third row of seats is suitable for children or users traveling on short trips, while the middle row of seats can slide flexibly to optimize legroom.
The car has notable amenities including: a 9-inch central touch screen that supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, a Bose premium sound system, a 12.3-inch digital dashboard and a 10.8-inch head-up display (HUD). In addition, the car also has three-zone independent air conditioning, heated front seats, wireless charging, a sensor-operated trunk that opens/closes, and a nearly 90-degree opening rear door, making it convenient for passengers to get in and out of the car, especially children and the elderly. The 2026 X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE uses a 1.5L turbocharged gasoline engine (code KR15DDT) with three cylinders, 142 horsepower, whose main task is to generate electricity instead of transmitting directly to the wheels.
This energy is then transferred to two electric motors – one on the front axle with 203 horsepower and 330 Nm of torque, one on the rear axle with 135 horsepower and 195 Nm of torque – allowing the car to operate entirely on electricity. The new X-Trail is also equipped with the Nissan Safety Shield 360 safety package, including automatic emergency braking, blind spot warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, pedestrian recognition, rear cross traffic alert and a 360-degree camera. In addition, the ProPILOT Assist semi-autonomous driving assistance system... The price of the 2026 Nissan X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE in Indonesia starts from 795 million rupiah (equivalent to about 1.28 billion VND). Nissan's choice of Indonesia as the launch location for the X-Trail e-POWER e-4ORCE shows the growing importance of the Southeast Asian region in the global electrification strategy.
