Recognizing that raising awareness, fostering entrepreneurial spirit, and promoting solidarity for economic development are key tasks, the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels have coordinated efforts to promote and widely disseminate information to grassroots levels and residential areas. The Provincial Fatherland Front and its member organizations have mobilized all segments of the population, union members, and association members to implement economic development policies; promote agricultural mechanization to increase labor productivity; develop farms and family farms; transfer scientific and technological advancements; introduce exemplary production and business models; advise and support the establishment and replication of new-style collective economic models and cooperatives; and promote chain linkages in agricultural production and consumption to enhance economic value.

The Fatherland Front at all levels and its member organizations have coordinated with commercial banks and the Social Policy Bank to provide entrusted loans and guarantees, creating favorable conditions for poor and near-poor members and households engaged in production and business in disadvantaged areas to borrow capital for economic development. Many vocational training courses and job placement programs have also been opened to improve people's incomes. Therefore,

People's living standards are improving; per capita income is increasing year by year; and the percentage of poor and near-poor households continues to decrease. More importantly, as living standards rise, people are willing to contribute resources to infrastructure development, thereby promoting sustainable poverty reduction.

During the period 2020-2025, guided by the principle of "The State and the People working together," the people of the entire province voluntarily donated over 7.042 million square meters of land, contributed more than 3.5 million man-days of labor, and over 805 billion VND in cash and materials to renovate and expand rural roads, irrigation canals, cultural centers, and many other welfare projects.

In Phung Nguyen commune, over the years, the Fatherland Front and its member organizations have mobilized the people to actively develop the economy, help each other reduce poverty sustainably, and improve living standards within the framework of the new rural development program. To date, the multidimensional poverty rate has decreased to 1.15%, and the near-poverty rate to 2.31%. The entire commune has 30 residential areas that meet the standards of model new rural areas and 7 smart new rural residential areas.

According to Nguyen Thi Minh Xuan, Chairwoman of the Fatherland Front Committee of the commune: “During the past term, the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations, together with the people, have mobilized resources to renovate and upgrade 9.3 km of roads; concrete and reinforce 12.8 km of irrigation canals, meeting the needs of production.
