Previously, the Gia Lam Commune Farmers' Association carried out a series of activities to express gratitude to war invalids, sick soldiers, meritorious individuals, and policy beneficiary families in the area, such as: cleaning houses, cooking "Meals of Gratitude" at the homes of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Loan, mother of a fallen soldier, in Duong Da village; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Be, wife of a fallen soldier, in Cam village; Mrs. Tran Thi Thai, wife of a fallen soldier, in Kieu Ky village; and visiting and presenting 28 gifts worth 14.5 million VND to war invalids, sick soldiers, meritorious individuals, and policy beneficiary families in the commune.
