In addition, the company's processing process is always strictly controlled, with a modern machinery system that meets international standards such as HACCP.
Company Director Nguyen Thi Ngoc Huong shared: “There is no such thing as “luck” in the food industry. From the beginning, we have built a quality control process from input to final product. Every product leaving the factory must be “clean”, in the true sense”. This serious investment has helped Thinh Phat gradually conquer many demanding markets such as: Korea, the US and European countries. These are markets that especially value food safety standards.
Similarly, at Long Hue Investment Joint Stock Company, Tuy Duc commune, the same thing happened. The company currently has many products serving domestic and foreign markets, especially concentrated passion fruit and frozen durian segments. Mr. Nguyen Chi Long - Director of the company said: "We not only sell agricultural products, but also sell trust. To enter demanding markets, the products must not only be delicious, but also clean and absolutely safe." Long Hue has built a passion fruit raw material area in association with local farmers and neighboring provinces. In particular, special attention is paid to the chemical-free cultivation process, ensuring that passion fruit and durian meet the standard export target. The company has also boldly invested in modern production lines, integrating an electronic traceability system so that customers can track products from the farm to the desk.
Inevitable trend
In recent years, the agricultural production industry in Vietnam in general and Lam Dong in particular has been undergoing clear changes. From a simple preliminary processing model, businesses are now investing heavily in deep processing and high technology. Along with that is a change in product thinking. In particular, food safety is no longer a "secondary part" but has become a core part of people and businesses.
With the increasing demand from domestic consumers, especially young customers who are knowledgeable and willing to pay for clean products, processing enterprises must always be more transparent in the supply chain. In particular, they must be able to clearly trace the origin and ensure that there are no "stains" in the issue of food safety and hygiene.

According to experts, Lam Dong has great advantages in raw materials, climate and labor resources, but to make a breakthrough, it is necessary to have close links between farmers - enterprises - management agencies. Enterprises that want to expand the market and increase the value of Vietnamese agricultural products need to supplement accompanying policies from the State on green production, technology support and human resource training.
