During the period 2018-2023, the Department of Education and Training implemented a project to review and reorganize the network of schools, classes, and the staff of teachers and administrators in accordance with the resolutions and plans issued by the central government, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial People's Committee. Accordingly, the entire sector currently has 1,279 staff positions, a decrease of 131 positions compared to 2021; the results of implementing financial autonomy for public non-business units show that 269 units have their recurrent expenditures fully covered by the state budget, and 8 units partially cover their recurrent expenditures...

After listening to the report assessing the advantages, difficulties, and exchange of opinions from the delegation members, Ms. Dang Thi My Huong, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of the province, acknowledged the proactive spirit of the Department of Education and Training in arranging, organizing, managing, and improving the efficiency of the unit's operations. She requested that in the coming time, the department continue to do a good job of disseminating information about the viewpoints and objectives of reviewing and reorganizing public service units, and ensuring that the staff and teachers are adequately and proportionally staffed. Regarding any obstacles encountered during implementation, the delegation will compile the information and propose to the National Assembly and central ministries and agencies to supplement and adjust policies accordingly.
