Female student in Hai Phong brutally beaten and forced to lick feet by a gang leader.

TPO - A 15-year-old female student (in Vinh Hai commune, Hai Phong city) was repeatedly beaten, kicked, and slapped in the face and head by a 17-year-old older girl. Furthermore, the girl was forced to kneel on the road and had her shirt stripped off in a field in front of male classmates.

On May 25th, sources informed reporters from Tien Phong newspaper that the Vinh Hai Commune Police ( Hai Phong City) had summoned individuals to verify and clarify the incident in which a female student was brutally beaten by her classmates in a field at night, which occurred a week ago.

According to initial information, on the evening of May 18th, D.DT (born in 2011, residing in Luong Trach village, Vinh Hai commune, Hai Phong city) asked her parents for permission to go out to eat dessert with a friend. A few days later, D.DT showed symptoms of headache and panic and was taken to the hospital by her relatives for treatment. At this time, the 15-year-old girl told her parents that she had been beaten by a friend.

On May 24th, a video clip circulated on social media showing female student D.DT being beaten by her classmates in a field.

The short video shows a young woman in a dark shirt repeatedly slapping another girl in a red t-shirt in the face and head while cursing. The woman in the dark shirt even forces the other girl to kneel on the street, lick her feet, and then kicks her in the stomach, face, and head.

Witnessing the incident, another girl filmed it with her phone but did not intervene; instead, she seemed to be laughing and joking.

Upon investigation, local authorities summoned the individuals involved for questioning. Initial findings indicate that the girl who assaulted her classmate is D.TTN (born in 2009), and the person who filmed the video is NTN (born in 2009). Additionally, two other male students were present while watching.

The police in Vinh Hai commune (Hai Phong city) are continuing to verify and clarify the matter and will take appropriate educational and disciplinary measures in accordance with regulations.
