(NLĐO) - A 7-seater car with a Hau Giang province license plate crashed into a median strip and overturned on Quang Trung Street, Go Vap District.

On December 29th, the Go Vap District Police (Ho Chi Minh City) are investigating a car accident that caused traffic congestion.

The car overturned on Quang Trung Street.

At approximately 9 PM, a 7-seater car with a Hau Giang province license plate was traveling on Quang Trung Street, heading from Pham Van Dong Street towards National Highway 1. Upon reaching the section in Ward 12, it suddenly crashed into the median strip and overturned.

At that moment, many local residents rushed to help the driver get out of the car. The driver suffered only minor scratches.

At the scene, the car had a dented side and was damaged. The accident caused traffic congestion.

Authorities in Go Vap district subsequently arrived at the scene to regulate traffic and review CCTV footage to clarify the incident.

Recently, there have been a series of car accidents involving vehicles crashing into median barriers on Quang Trung Street. For example, on the morning of November 27th, a container truck with a Ho Chi Minh City license plate, driven by a male driver, unexpectedly crashed into and destroyed several meters of the iron median barrier in the middle of the road.

The car was then towed away, clearing the traffic jam.

Then, the vehicle veered into the opposite lane, causing the trailer carrying the container to overturn onto the road and part of the sidewalk, crushing and pushing a nearby garbage truck onto the sidewalk.
