Mr. Dang Ba Du was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

On the afternoon of April 12, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province held a conference to announce the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of the Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs. Attending the conference was Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu.

Mr. Dang Ba Du was appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.

At the conference, authorized by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa - Director of the Department of Home Affairs announced Decision No. 889 dated April 11, 2024 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Dang Ba Du - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade to hold the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from April 16, 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu congratulated Mr. Dang Ba Du on his new assignment and congratulated the Department of Foreign Affairs on having a new Director.

Emphasizing the importance of foreign affairs in the current context of integration, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Quang Buu hopes that Mr. Dang Ba Du and the Department of Foreign Affairs will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, perform well the assigned tasks in the coming time, contributing to promoting the image of Quang Nam to the world .

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Ba Du thanked the province for entrusting him with the new role and task. This is a new field, but he will continue to make efforts to quickly grasp the work, together with the Department of Foreign Affairs to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
