Mr. Dao Trong Duc serves as the Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

According to a decision by the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Dao Trong Duc, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Department, has been transferred and appointed to participate in the Party Group and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Group of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Hai Phong City for the term 2019-2024.

The Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee also transferred, assigned, and appointed Mr. Le Tri Vu, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department, to the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Department. Mr. Pham Van Thep, Member of the City Party Committee and Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee, ceased his participation in the District Party Committee's Executive Committee and Standing Committee, relinquished his position as Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and was appointed to the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Department.

Leaders and officials from various agencies and units presented flowers to congratulate the newly appointed officials.

Speaking at the conference, City Party Secretary Le Tien Chau assessed that all three officials receiving the decisions are young; have received basic training in their profession and political theory, and have risen through the ranks from the grassroots. Throughout their careers, these officials have demonstrated a scientific, democratic, careful, and effective working method; they possess competence, prestige, and good prospects for development. The City Party Secretary hoped that, in their new positions, these officials would continue to utilize their abilities, strengths, and work experience to contribute to the development of Hai Phong City.

On behalf of the newly appointed officials, Mr. Dao Trong Duc, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city, expressed his commitment to continuing to strive and work together with the leadership, staff, and employees of the agencies and units to successfully complete the assigned tasks. One of the immediate tasks is to lead and direct the thorough preparation for the upcoming Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city for the 2024-2029 term.
