Mr. Dao Trong Duc is Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Fatherland Front.

According to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Dao Trong Duc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the City Party Committee was mobilized and appointed to join the Party Delegation and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city for the 2019-2024 term.

Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau presented the Decision to the appointed officials.

The Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee also mobilized, assigned and appointed Mr. Le Tri Vu, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, to the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Commission. Mr. Pham Van Thep, member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, ceased to hold the position of Secretary of the Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and was appointed to the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.

Leaders and officers of agencies and units presented flowers to congratulate the appointed officers.

Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the City Party Committee Le Tien Chau assessed that all three officials who received the above decisions are young officials; have received basic training in expertise and political theory, and have grown up from the grassroots. During their work, the officials have had scientific, democratic, careful and effective working methods; have capacity, prestige and good development prospects. The Secretary of the City Party Committee hopes that in their new positions, the officials will continue to promote their capacity, strengths and work experience to contribute to the development of Hai Phong City.

On behalf of the newly appointed officials, Mr. Dao Trong Duc, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city, expressed that in his new position, he will continue to make efforts and work with the leadership, officials and employees of agencies and units to successfully complete the assigned tasks. One of the immediate tasks is to lead and direct the preparation for the upcoming Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city for the 2024-2029 term.
