On the morning of April 27, the Department of Information and Communications of Ha Tinh held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of the Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications of Ha Tinh province.

At the ceremony, delegates heard the announcement of Decision No. 935/QD-UBND, dated April 20, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Duong Kim Nga - Director of the Information Technology Center, Office of the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Department of Information and Communications; appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Information and Communications from April 20, 2023.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Chau affirmed: The Department of Information and Communications is undertaking a very important task in digital transformation. The provincial leaders hope that in the coming time, the collective leadership and civil servants of the department will make more efforts, be more dedicated and have more good and creative ways to promote the development of the Information and Communications industry.
At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that Comrade Duong Kim Nga will, together with the leadership and civil servants of the Department of Information and Communications, coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to advise the province on implementing tasks and solutions, and completing the digital transformation program in the province.
