Attending and presenting the decision were Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam Le Manh Hung; General Director Le Ngoc Son; members of the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam: Bui Minh Tien, Tran Binh Minh; together with representatives of the Group's professional departments; the collective leadership, officers and employees of the Gas Industry and Petrochemical Refinery Department (CNK&LHD).

At the ceremony, Mr. Phan Anh Minh, Head of the Group's Human Resources Management Board, announced the decision of the Group's Board of Members on the temporary appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh, Deputy Head of the Department of Human Resources and Human Resources, to the position of Head of the Department of Human Resources and Human Resources. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Petrovietnam Chairman of the Board of Directors Le Manh Hung emphasized that with the important role of the Department of Petroleum Refining and Petrochemicals, in the coming time, the Department needs to focus on researching and approaching the Group's new development goals, changing the leadership and management methods to suit the changes and fluctuations of the market, focusing on new technologies in the field of petrochemical refining to specifically deploy in the Group's projects and factories in the coming time. In addition, reviewing and updating legal documents and the Group's internal document system to build a management system in the field of petroleum refining. To carry out the above tasks, Chairman of the Board of Directors Le Manh Hung hopes that the Department of Petroleum Refining and Petrochemicals under the leadership of the new Head of the Department Nguyen Hong Thanh will continue to unite, make efforts, strive, and complete the tasks assigned by the Group's leaders.

In his acceptance speech, Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh thanked the Group's leaders, the collective leadership, officers and employees of the CNK&LHD Board for their trust and confidence in him for assigning him the new responsibility. Head of the Board Nguyen Hong Thanh pledged to accept the guidance of the Group's Board of Directors and will unite with the collective CNK&LHD Board to strive and make efforts to successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to the sustainable development of the Group.
