"Boss" Silvio Scaglia (65 years old) is embroiled in a fierce legal battle with his ex-wife and business partner Julia Haart.
However, contrary to his claims of being broke, Silvio Scaglia appears to have spent the summer traveling by private jet and yacht to all the familiar European lands with his new girlfriend Michelle Marie Heinemann.

What's puzzling is that (according to leaked court documents obtained by Page Six ) in May 2024, the Italian businessman wrote to a New York judge asking for a lighter sentence.
Earlier, in 2022, Haart told Scaglia she planned to divorce, and he fired her as EWG CEO, setting off a series of tense lawsuits involving both the marriage and the company.
In 2011, Scaglia acquired EWG – one of the largest international model agencies in the world . Immediately after the acquisition by Scaglia, EWG grew significantly in business. It was the first international model agency to open an office in Shanghai, China in 2012. In 2013, EWG launched The Society Management New York. That same year, the company acquired Women Management in both New York and Paris.
"I am currently unable to bear the financial burden of the ongoing litigation with Haart. I am also unable to afford the costs of my own legal counsel," Silvio Scaglia confirmed.
The tycoon has tried unsuccessfully to get court approval to sell the three-story house in Tribeca, New York, where he and Haart once lived together. Haart now lives in the house.
“After the latest judicial ruling regarding the house and my hopes of getting permission to sell it being dashed, I have significantly cut my spending to a minimum,” Scaglia said.

He also moved back to Italy because the cost of living there was lower than New York, and requested a pro bono court-appointed attorney to represent him in the case.
But an insider said they were surprised that after claiming to be struggling financially, Heinemann posted clips and pictures of his lavish lifestyle on Instagram.
According to the story, she and Silvio Scaglia went to Zurich (Switzerland) - where she posted a photo taken on a private jet with Ruinart champagne, then Spain, Sicily, Sardinia (Italy), Ireland ... traveling by convertible, yacht.
When asked to explain why she was living such a lavish life after declaring bankruptcy, Scaglia replied: "The parasitic vulture Julia Haart continues to try to destroy our happiness and love."
Amid questions about her luxury travels , Heinemann deleted photos taken on jets and yachts from her account.

From 2010 to 2013, Scaglia was charged with fraud and tax evasion but was acquitted of all charges brought against him by Rome prosecutor Giancarlo Capaldo.
On February 23, 2010, the Rome judge overseeing the preliminary investigations issued a detention order against Scaglia in response to a request from the anti-mafia prosecutor's office. Through his lawyer, Scaglia agreed to be questioned and returned to Italy on a private flight on February 26, 2010.
On February 24, 2011, after nearly a year in detention, Scaglia was released by order of a judge of the Criminal Court of Rome. On October 17, 2013, the court issued a verdict declaring Scaglia innocent of all charges and affirming that he had "absolutely no connection to the mafia". On March 1, 2010, Forbes magazine announced that Silvio Scaglia was ranked 937th on the list of world billionaires.
