Dak Nong Power Company (PC Dak Nong) has just coordinated with the Provincial Police to organize a training course and practice fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue (PCCC&CNCH) for 184 employees of its affiliated units.

During the training session, trainees were equipped with basic knowledge of fire prevention and fighting, related legal regulations, and skills to handle fire and explosion situations in businesses and residential areas. Especially fire prevention measures in electrical systems and at transformer stations.

In addition to the theory, students also practice using fire fighting equipment, deploying fire fighting formations, drawing water from hydrants and pumping systems to handle hypothetical situations.

In order to proactively prevent incidents, PC Dak Nong has established a Fire Prevention and Rescue Command Committee and 184 on-site fire prevention teams. At the same time, it has fully invested in fire prevention and fighting equipment for the units. Propaganda and training activities are organized regularly and annual drills are held to help raise awareness and situation handling skills for employees.

Mr. Pham Kim Tu, Deputy Director of PC Dak Nong said: “In 2025, the company will continue to organize fire prevention and fighting drills for direct production forces. The goal is to raise awareness and response capacity in emergency situations, ensuring safety for people and property.”
