Recognizing the importance and significance of building a green, clean, and beautiful environment, Quang Tri Power Company (PC Quang Tri) has consistently focused on improving the environmental landscape over the years. This aims to create a rich spiritual life and provide a beneficial recreational space for its staff and workers to contribute and enjoy the cultural products of the company. Simultaneously, it contributes to raising awareness and responsibility in culturally appropriate and environmentally friendly behavior and ensuring the aesthetic appeal of the workplace.

Since 2020, the production management office of PC Quang Tri has had a spacious and well-equipped working environment. To maintain and preserve the environmental landscape, the company has encouraged its staff and employees to place potted plants as decorations on their individual desks and in common areas to ensure aesthetic appeal.

Regularly organize documents neatly and clean furniture and floors. Instead of placing filing cabinets in the office, files are processed digitally; any paper files should be neatly organized, sorted, and stored in designated archives, saving storage space and reducing operating costs, while also making the office cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing.

The canteen is located on the 5th floor and features a neat and airy design. The self-service model provides a space for staff and workers to sit and discuss work, while also promoting a sense of responsibility in protecting the living environment.

Mr. Le Minh Thanh, an office staff member at the company, said: "The canteen is a place where colleagues can sit together, share ideas, exchange ideas, and bring them to fruition. This helps to strengthen bonds among colleagues and encourage mutual support in their work."

In addition, the company's leadership pays great attention to the mental well-being of its employees. To help staff and workers maintain their health after stressful working hours, the company has provided 3 table tennis tables, 1 volleyball court, and 2 tennis courts behind the production management building.

To create a green space, the company focuses on planting many trees in the administrative building's grounds. Simultaneously, an automatic irrigation system is installed to care for the trees, ensuring they remain healthy and green; a smart electrical system is installed in the building, along with rooftop solar power to minimize negative impacts on the working environment.

Besides modernizing its facilities to create a modern and safe working environment, the company also focuses on building an EVN culture that aims for excellence. This includes excellence in work style and conduct; excellence in communication with colleagues and customers; excellence in fulfilling assigned responsibilities and tasks; and fostering collective strength and internal unity to build a stronger company.

In addition to focusing on creating a green, clean, and beautiful working environment, the company's Trade Union and Youth Union actively organize community activities, promote awareness campaigns on electricity conservation, environmental protection, and building a cultural life in residential areas.

As part of the series of activities for the "Volunteer Day for Building a Bright, Green, Clean, Beautiful, Civilized, and Safe City" campaign implemented by the Provincial Youth Union of Agencies and Enterprises, contributing to minimizing negative impacts on the environment and raising community awareness, PC Quang Tri recently organized a program to promote environmental protection and safe, economical, and efficient electricity use in the Dong Ha market area.

The company's youth union members distributed leaflets and provided guidance to the public on safe, economical, and efficient electricity use, and donated 100 eco-friendly bags to residents and small traders at Dong Ha market.

The program aims to raise community awareness about environmental protection. Through this activity, people will gain a better understanding of the importance of saving energy and protecting the environment.

Therefore, raising awareness about electricity usage in daily life contributes to building a green, clean, and beautiful future. The program has received enthusiastic support from the community, demonstrating the collective efforts of everyone to protect the environment and build a sustainable society.
