Petrolimex donates 10 billion VND to overcome damage after storm No. 10 (Bualoi)

Responding to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to support people affected by storm No. 10 (Bualoi) in the provinces of Ha Tinh, Nghe An, Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Quang Tri, Son La, the Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex) has donated 10 billion VND to join hands to support people in difficult circumstances in the storm and flood areas to overcome the consequences of natural disasters and soon stabilize their lives.

With the spirit of urgent action, providing the earliest support to thousands of households facing difficulties in housing and life after the storm and flood, the Group has donated a total of 10 billion VND, authorizing member petroleum companies ( Petrolimex Ha Tinh, Petrolimex Nghe An, Petrolimex Lao Cai, Petrolimex Cao Bang, Petrolimex Quang Tri and Petrolimex Son La) to immediately deploy the work through the local Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.

On October 3, 2025, at the office of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province, the leaders of Petrolimex Lao Cai, authorized by the Group's leaders, presented 2 billion VND to support people affected by storm No. 10. On the same day, in Cao Bang , the leaders of Petrolimex Cao Bang also presented 1 billion VND to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province. And in Nghe An, the amount of 2 billion VND was also presented by the leaders of Petrolimex Nghe An to people in difficulty through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province. The support work at the remaining units will be quickly continued to ensure the effectiveness and practicality of social security work.

Authorized by the Group's leaders, Chairman of Petrolimex Lao Cai Hoang Xuan Hai presented 2 billion VND to support people affected by storm No. 10 through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Lao Cai province.
Authorized by the Group's Leaders, representatives of Petrolimex Cao Bang Leaders presented 1 billion VND to support people affected by storm No. 10 through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Cao Bang province.
Authorized by the Group's leaders, Chairman of Petrolimex Nghe An Nguyen Sy Van presented 2 billion in support through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province.

This is the first step in Petrolimex's program to support and share the difficulties with people in flood-hit areas after storm No. 10. All Petrolimex employees will continue to donate to support with a sense of social responsibility and a culture of sharing difficulties with the community in a practical way in terms of material and spiritual aspects, promoting the tradition of mutual love and solidarity, joining hands with Party committees at all levels, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations to minimize the difficulties and damages caused by natural disasters, contributing to the early stabilization of people's lives.

Over the years, not only has Petrolimex stood out as a State-owned enterprise with many important contributions to the national economy in ensuring energy security, but it has also always paid attention to social security work in all localities across the country and considered it an important content for sustainable development, to further advance the Group.
