In her latest performance at the Royal Academy of Arts in London, UK, Marina introduced nudity. In addition to the two nude male and female artists standing at the entrance of the exhibition, Marina also arranged other conceptual performances that also included nudity.
According to the introduction of the Royal Academy of Arts art exhibition, two nude artists stood at the exhibition door for a performance called Imponderabilia .
This performance is introduced to make the audience immediately face the topics such as nudity, gender, sexuality... For the audience who do not want to have to squeeze between two nude artists to enter the exhibition, they can choose another path.
British dancer Rowena Gander is one of 40 artists performing at the exhibition. She is part of a group that performs Imponderabilia . Standing naked at the entrance to the exhibition to... greet visitors, Rowena said that most visitors feel embarrassed when they pass by her. Many even say sorry as they walk past.

Rowena said that the artists participating in the exhibition are dancers, painters, actors... All of them perform nude.
The artists rotated through the show, which lasted about an hour each. During Imponderabilia , Rowena would look into the eyes of the artist opposite her, while visitors would weave between them to enter the exhibition.
With her real-life experiences at the exhibition, Rowena said she had interesting observations about the visitors: "I learned more about myself and about others when I participated in the Imponderabilia performance. I felt like I saw through the souls of the visitors."
In addition to Imponderabilia , Rowena also participated in two other acts. To prepare for this event, Rowena and other artists had to practice together for 3 months at high intensity.
Critics who were invited to see the exhibition before it officially opened to the public had some apprehensive comments. Many expressed concern for the health of the artists participating in the performance.

However, conceptual artist Marina Abramović has reassured art critics that very detailed safety criteria have been put in place to ensure that participating artists' health is not affected.
Ms. Marina affirmed: "We always have doctors, psychologists, and nutritionists on duty at the exhibition, to immediately support artists who encounter problems during the performance. All the artists participating in the performance with me this time are very talented, they are people who have studied with me about conceptual art performance. They are people in whom I have a lot of trust."
The Royal Academy of Arts said it would do everything possible to ensure the safety of its artists. The museum will have staff on duty to protect the artists from inappropriate touching or behavior from visitors.
Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Age checks will be conducted on visitors. Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited in the exhibition space.
