Launching the month of action for children in Quang Ninh.

GD&TĐ - On the afternoon of May 26th, the People's Committee of Dong Ngu commune (Quang Ninh province) organized the launching ceremony for the month of action for children and the opening of summer activities for 2026.

The 2026 Children's Action Month will be implemented from May 26th to June 30th with the theme: "Happy, safe, and confident children in the digital age."

This is a practical activity aimed at raising awareness and responsibility among all levels, sectors, and society as a whole in the care, education , and protection of children.

Along with launching the month of action for children, Dong Ngu commune also officially inaugurated its 2026 summer activities with many rich and practical contents such as organizing cultural and artistic activities, sports , children's playgrounds, club activities and summer talent classes including swimming, football, badminton, pickleball, modern dance, along with many experiential activities and life skills training for young people.

As part of the program, staff from the commune's health station and commune police directly disseminated information and guided children and parents on preventing drowning and injuries during the summer.

On this occasion, Dong Ngu commune presented 21 gifts to disadvantaged children in the commune to encourage, support, and motivate them to excel in their studies and lives.

Through this launching ceremony, Dong Ngu commune continues to spread the message of working together to care for, educate, and protect children.

To create a safe and healthy environment for all children to learn, play, and develop holistically during the summer of 2026.
