Abandoned newborn baby boy found by the roadside.

According to information from the People's Committee of Xuan Quang 3 commune (Dong Xuan district, Phu Yen province), at around 3 am on June 15th, residents in Phuoc Loc village discovered a newborn baby lying by the roadside, covered with a yellow jacket.

Afterward, the child was taken by local residents to the Xuan Quang 3 Commune Health Station for examination and first aid.

The baby is male, weighs approximately 3.2 kg, is in good health, and comes without any accompanying items.

Currently, the People's Committee of Xuan Quang 3 commune has temporarily entrusted the child to the Xuan Quang 3 commune health station for care and health monitoring while awaiting the completion of procedures to resolve the matter according to the law.
