Information from the People's Committee of Xuan Quang 3 Commune (Dong Xuan, Phu Yen ) said that at around 3:00 a.m. on June 15, people in Phuoc Loc village discovered a newborn baby lying on the side of the road, covered in a yellow coat.
Afterwards, the baby was taken by local people to Xuan Quang 3 Commune Health Station for examination and first aid.

Currently, the People's Committee of Xuan Quang 3 commune temporarily handed over the baby to the Xuan Quang 3 commune health station for care and health monitoring while waiting for procedures to resolve the matter according to the provisions of law.
