BTO-The inspection team of Market Management Team No. 3 recently inspected a business household in Phan Ri Cua town, Tuy Phong district and discovered that this facility contained 1.6 tons of smuggled sugar.
The type of sugar that this facility smuggled was yellow granulated sugar, produced in Thailand, but the owner of the facility could not present legal invoices or documents. The owner of the facility explained that the entire amount of sugar was purchased from the open market.
Market Management Team No. 3 has drawn up a record to decide to temporarily detain the entire batch of violating goods and transfer the file to the Provincial Market Management Department to issue a decision to handle it according to the provisions of law.
