Previously, on May 17, 2026, the Phu Giao Commune Police, in coordination with the Department of Culture and Social Affairs and the Commune Health Station, conducted a surprise inspection of the Bee Hin Beauty Salon, located at 248, Group 3, Doc Lap Street, Hamlet 7, Phu Giao Commune, owned by Ms. Nguyen Thi D.

At the time of inspection, the owner presented a business registration certificate; however, it was not licensed to operate medical examination and treatment services and did not possess a medical practice certificate as required by regulations.

During the inspection, the task force discovered that the facility had a room set up for performing cosmetic surgery along with many tools and equipment for invasive procedures such as scalpels, syringes, injectable anesthetics, filler injections, antiseptics, and other medical equipment.

Authorities discovered numerous violations at Bee Hin Beauty Clinic during an inspection.

Furthermore, the facility also created a Fanpage and Facebook account to post advertisements and promote invasive cosmetic services such as filler injections, eyelid surgery, double eyelid surgery, lip surgery, and dimple creation… These are specialized techniques that are only permitted to be performed by qualified doctors at facilities that meet legal requirements. Ms. Nguyen Thi D. admitted to directly performing these services at the facility despite the lack of qualified doctors, posing a potential risk of complications and seriously affecting the health and lives of people.

During operation, the facility also generates hazardous medical waste such as sharp needles and blood-stained bandages that pose a risk of infection, but these are not collected and processed according to regulations, potentially causing environmental pollution and spreading diseases.

The Phu Giao commune police are continuing to verify and consolidate the case file to advise on handling the owner of the establishment according to the law. The commune police request that anyone who has undergone invasive cosmetic procedures at the above establishment come to the Phu Giao commune police station to report to assist in the verification and handling of the case.
